The common belief that you are what you are is not just a simple belief but a reality. Nutrition is one of the most critical aspects of our lives. More important than the brand of clothes you wear right now, nutrition is one of the essential elements of every human being. We are what we eat. In some critical cases, nutrition is the most crucial factor for survival.
Why is better a plant-based diet?
A plant-based diet can reduce suffering from chronic diseases, curtail pollution on the planet, and avoid indiscriminate animal suffering.
Eating a plant-based diet has been demonstrated to reduce chronic diseases and can prolong four years to be disease-free.
Regarding cardiovascular disease, our arteries benefit most from our food choices. Some studies have shown that the more plants we eat, the less homocysteine (less artery-toxic).
Additionally, eat a plant-based diet that contributes to the world. For example, reducing pollution and a plant-based diet can mitigate 40% production of greenhouse pollution.
Lastly, our body performs better by using the correct food. Eating 80% of fruit, vegetables, beans, and whole grains will; help prevent any disease and maintain a healthy body.
